How We Do It: The Process

Priming

Membrane Application
2 or 3 coats of high-build PU / acrylic elastomeric membrane are applied, reinforced with fiber mesh if required.
Water Ponding Test
The roof is flooded with water for 24–48 hours to prove there is zero leakage before we hand it over.
